1. Data we collect

We collect the name and email address you provide in the subscription form, as well as technical navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) obtained through analytical cookies when you provide your consent.

2. Purpose of processing

We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina, market news and communications related to the evolution of the projects. We do not sell or transfer your information to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent when completing the form, in accordance with article 5 of Law 25,326.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your subscription is active and up to five years after the last interaction, for the purpose of complying with legal obligations.

5. Rights of the data subject

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by sending an email to privacidad@dorqiva.com. The Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP), Supervisory Body of Law No. 25,326, is competent to handle complaints and claims.

6. International transfers

If we use providers outside Argentina, we ensure they provide adequate levels of protection in accordance with current regulations.
